What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 6,000 units per SKU, making us ideal for emerging brands, indie beauty lines, and influencer-owned labels. This accessible starting point allows you to test the market without overcommitting inventory.
What is the typical lead time from order to delivery?
Standard production timeline is 45-60 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation. For existing formulas (OEM), we can expedite to 30-40 days. Custom formula development (ODM) adds 2-3 weeks for R&D and stability testing.
Do you provide formulation development services?
Yes! Our in-house R&D lab specializes in custom formulation using botanical extracts, preservative-free systems, long-wear technology, and transdermal absorption. We can develop products based on your brand concept, target ingredients, or existing benchmark products.
What certifications do you hold?
We are ISO 22716 and GMPC certified, with Halal certification for Middle Eastern markets. Our facility operates under GMP standards with full-process traceability. We provide MSDS documentation for global export compliance (EU, USA, Asia).
Can you help with packaging design and sourcing?
Absolutely. We offer end-to-end packaging services including design consultation, material sourcing (tubes, jars, bottles, pumps), printing, labeling, and assembly. Our network in Guangzhou gives us access to premium packaging suppliers at competitive prices.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are 40% deposit upon order confirmation and 60% balance before shipment. For established clients, we can discuss flexible arrangements. We accept T/T (wire transfer), PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
