02 -- Production Coordination
From Confirmed Spec to Finished Batch
Once your formula and packaging spec are locked, a dedicated production engineer is assigned to your order. You receive a production schedule with milestones, and our MES system logs every stage so deviations are caught before they become defects.
Spec Confirmation
Formula sheet, raw material list, fill weight, and packaging dimensions reviewed and signed off by both parties before production begins.
Raw Material Procurement
Ingredients sourced from approved supplier list. Incoming COA and MSDS checked against spec. Non-conforming materials rejected at intake.
Pilot Batch & Pre-Production Sample
Small pilot batch produced. Pre-production sample (PPS) sent for your approval before full run. No mass production without sign-off.
Mass Production Run
Automated filling and sealing lines run under MES monitoring. In-process checks at defined intervals. Cleanroom conditions logged continuously.

Packaging That Matches Your Brand
We coordinate primary packaging (bottles, tubes, compacts, wands), secondary packaging (cartons, sleeves), and labelling. You can supply your own packaging or select from our vetted supplier network. Either way, we handle compatibility testing and assembly.

How do you confirm my spec is achievable before I pay anything?
Send us your brief -- formula intent, product category, target texture, key actives, and quantity. Our sales engineer reviews it and responds within 48 hours with a feasibility assessment and any technical questions. No payment required at this stage.
How many sampling rounds are included, and how long does sampling take?
ODM projects typically include 2-3 sampling rounds at no additional charge. OEM projects (your formula) usually require 1 pre-production sample. Sampling turnaround is 7-14 working days per round depending on formula complexity.
Can I supply my own packaging, or do I have to use yours?
Both options work. You can ship your packaging components to our facility -- we test compatibility and integrate them into the line. Alternatively, we source from our vetted supplier network. Either way, a packaging confirmation sample is produced before mass run.
What quality documents will I receive with my order?
Every order ships with: Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), Certificate of Analysis (COA), MSDS/SDS, and a GMPC/ISO 22716 compliance declaration. Halal certificate available on request. CPNP notification support available for EU-bound orders.
How do I stay informed during production -- who do I contact?
A named sales engineer is your single point of contact from quotation to delivery. You receive a production schedule with milestones at order confirmation. We provide production photos and in-process reports at key stages. Communication via email or WeChat, whichever you prefer.
What shipping and export documentation do you provide?
We coordinate freight forwarding (air or sea) and provide commercial invoice, packing list, COO (Certificate of Origin), and all required MSDS/SDS for customs. We have experience shipping to EU, USA, Middle East, and Southeast Asia markets.
